We sell nothing but the app
No mutual funds, no loans, no cards, no insurance, no “partner offers”. A recommendation with a commission behind it is not a recommendation. Ours have nothing behind them.
WealthMonk is made by QuickMonk Technologies Private Limited — a small team that got tired of finance apps that were really distribution funnels, and of “trackers” you had to feed by hand.
Every Indian with a bank account gets a text for every rupee that moves: the UPI payment, the card swipe, the salary, the EMI, the statement, the bill. It is the most complete, most current record of a person’s finances that exists — and it sits unread in an inbox, between OTPs and promotions.
The apps that did read it either did it on a server, so a company you had never met held your messages; or read it badly, so a credit card became a savings account and a SIP became a spend. And almost all of them existed to sell you something — a fund, a loan, a card — which meant every insight had a motive.
So we built the parser we wanted: one that runs on the phone, understands the grammar of 62 Indian banks, keeps cards and investments in their right places, and reports to no one. Then we built everything a household needs on top of that single honest ledger — bills, net worth, goals, the card shield, FIRE, tax, debt, insurance, one health score. And we decided the business would never be distribution.
No mutual funds, no loans, no cards, no insurance, no “partner offers”. A recommendation with a commission behind it is not a recommendation. Ours have nothing behind them.
Your bank already tells you about every rupee, by SMS, in real time. We read that — on the device — instead of asking for logins or aggregator consent that hand your history to a third party.
A goal you cannot fund says so. A card you have not paid shows the interest. A negative net worth is a minus sign, not a red banner and not a euphemism.
The parser and every rupee of arithmetic sit behind a thousand automated tests, including a corpus of real bank formats that fails the build when coverage regresses.
A monk is someone who has made peace with money — not by having a lot of it, but by knowing exactly where it is and where it goes. That is the whole product: not more money, but the calm of a clear picture. The little monk on the icon is meditating among the coins, unbothered.
